Consulting and coaching services are governed by separate agreements outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. In the event of a conflict between this page and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that specific engagement.
3. Payments
Fees are due as invoiced. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid balances. Any applicable taxes or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise in the engagement agreement.
4. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information shared during engagements as confidential. Clients agree to protect our proprietary frameworks, deliverables, and internal tooling. Mutual confidentiality provisions are detailed in engagement agreements.
5. Disclaimers
While we focus on measurable outcomes, results are influenced by factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, growth, or operational outcomes. Services are provided “as-is” to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in the relevant engagement agreement, or otherwise in the courts located within Wyoming.
8. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
