Shipping & Delivery

Most of our offerings are delivered digitally. This page outlines how we handle delivery timelines, access to materials, and any physical shipments if applicable.

Digital Services & Resources

Consulting, coaching engagements, strategy documents, templates, and supporting resources are provided digitally via secure channels. Upon completing a purchase or signing an engagement agreement, clients receive onboarding instructions and access details within one business day unless otherwise specified.

Physical Shipments

Physical shipments are rare and only occur when expressly included in an engagement or educational program. When physical materials are required, we confirm shipping addresses during onboarding. Delivery windows, carriers, and tracking information are communicated directly to the client.

International Clients

We serve clients worldwide. Digital deliverables remain our default. For physical shipments outside the United States, clients are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We provide documentation to facilitate the shipping process.
