Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every engagement delivers value. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds are considered for services purchased from 8020 Holdings LLC DBA LVRG.

Eligibility Window

All sales are considered final after seven (7) calendar days from the date of the original transaction. Refund requests submitted within the initial seven-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once the seven-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued.

Scope of Services

This policy applies to consulting engagements, coaching programs, digital resources, and any associated retainers managed by 8020 Holdings LLC DBA LVRG. Because our offerings are tailored and often involve immediate strategic planning or delivery of proprietary resources, refunds are limited to the initial review period.

Request Process

To request a refund within the seven-day window, email [email protected]with your purchase details, the services delivered to date, and the reason for your request. We will respond within three business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven business days of approval.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for completed strategy sessions, delivered custom assets, or services where significant work has already been initiated within the review period. In rare circumstances involving technical errors or billing issues, we will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
